Natalie R Rogers is a North Carolina REALTOR, broker, and owner of The August Realtor LLC, a veteran-owned firm serving buyers, sellers, and investors across the state.  An Army veteran with over a decade of leadership and program management experience, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from North Carolina Wesleyan University and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, where she is also a current graduate student and a candidate for a Master of Science in Construction Management.  Natalie is a Military Relocation Professional, Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource, and has additional training in corporate relocation and investment consulting.  Her mission is to deliver transparent, education-driven real estate and construction consulting that empowers clients, especially veterans, first-time buyers, and working families, to make confident decisions, protect their interests, and build sustainable long-term wealth through real estate.
